private event management platform (“Platform”). By completing
your profile registration, you agree to these terms.
PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
Swinging.Place is a closed, invitation-only event management
platform. Access is granted exclusively through personal
invitation by a verified platform host. The Platform is used
to manage private event invitations, RSVPs, and attendee
communications.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Platform.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Access to the Platform requires a personal invitation from a
verified host. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide
accurate information during registration.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Program name: Private Event Manager — Swinging.Place
Program description: Operational SMS notifications for
invitation-only private event management.
By registering on the Platform following a host invitation,
you consent to receive SMS messages for the following purposes:
- Account setup invitations
- Event invitations
- RSVP deadline reminders
- Pre-event reminders
- Event cancellation notices
Message frequency: Varies based on event activity.
Typically 1-5 messages per event you are invited to.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time.
To get help: Reply HELP or contact [email protected]
Opting out will remove you from SMS communications but will
not delete your platform account.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm
other members. You agree not to share your login credentials
or account access with others. You agree not to attempt to
access areas of the Platform you have not been authorized to
access.
PRIVACY
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy
available at https://swinging.place/privacy-policy
TERMINATION
Platform hosts or administrators may remove your access at
any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us
directly.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the Platform.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of
changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
